Education: Mark received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut, with honors, in 1995. Mark also holds a M.S. in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1987) and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1982).
Bar Admissions: Mark is admitted to practice in Connecticut as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
