The RC Trademark Company is a law firm that was started by patent attorney Rick Finkelstein as a law firm limited exclusively to trademarks. Since starting in 2010, our services have expanded to better meet the needs of our clients and we now provide both patent and copyright services. We still do most work at fixed fees which are listed on our fees page. If you would like more information, please contact us via email or call/text us at (860) 368-0040.
